Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@shooishop.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shooishop.com with:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shooi Shop is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired product.
